How to Reset Your Password

If you’re not sure which password you last set, or if you need to set it for the first time, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Visit https://portal.hancockcollege.edu

2. Click the “Forgot password?” link

3. Enter your username, then click “Continue”

4. Check your password reset email (on file) for a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP)

5. Enter the OTP and click “Continue”

6. Create a new password, confirm it, and click “Continue”

7. Click “Try to continue logging in”
