The ITS Help Desk is located in the library on the Santa Maria campus, next to the checkout counter. Help is available in-person or via phone Monday through Thursday 8:00AM to 4:30PM and Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM PDT. During the Summer, phone support will be available from 11AM-12PM during lunch.

If you are unsure of what to request or if you are a student with an unlisted issue, please select 'Submit Generic Ticket' from the menu and email ithelp@hancockcollege.edu to have a ticket automatically generated where the subject is the title of the ticket and the body of your email are the details. ITS can reassign the appropriate type to the ticket if necessary.
