How to fix the email widget in the MyHancock Portal when it shows or previews another student's account.

1. Select your account icon in the top right corner of your MyHancock Portal and choose 'Account Settings':

2. Scroll to the bottom to view the field 'Integrations' and select the option to 'Disconnect':

3. Return to the MyHancock Portal and sign back into your account on the widget.
