I Can't Sign In

Having trouble signing into the myHancock portal? Check out the solutions below and if none solve your issue feel free to fill in the simple request form by clicking on the yellow button on the right of this page to create a helpdesk ticket.

  • Have you tried resetting your password? If you are a student and do not have access to your password reset email or your reset email is incorrect, please call 805-922-6966 ext 3248 or email admissions_help@hancockcollege.edu
  • Do you need to order transcripts? Please go to the Hancock Transcript page.
  • Are you a returning student who hasn't taken a class in a few semesters? You may need to complete a new application to activate your account. If you have recently completed the CCCApply application, please follow the instructions in the welcome email.
  • Have you tried to reset your password and found you no longer have access to the email address we have on file? Please contact Admissions and Records and ask them to update your personal email address.
