After a new Hancock College account has been created, the user must set an initial password on the account.
First, at the Hancock College SSO page click on the gold "New Hancock College Users" button or go to https://accounts.hancockcollege.edu/AccountSetup.html.
Then, enter the username (1) that you were given, this is usually your first name a period and your last name, shortened if necessary and possibly a number. Enter your date of birth (2) and enter a new password (3) that is at least 12 characters long. See the Passwords Knowledge Base article for the requirements. Once all elements have filled in, a "Set Password" button (4) will show up. Once the password is accepted the account is ready.
