If you’re not sure which password you last set, or if you need to set it for the first time, you can reset it by following these steps:

Visit https://portal.hancockcollege.edu

Click the “Forgot password?” link

Enter your username, then click “Continue”

Check your password reset email (on file) for a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP)

Enter the OTP and click “Continue”

Create a new password, confirm it, and click “Continue”

Click “Try to continue logging in”
